Meet Dr. Sha'Leda.
Rev. Dr. Sha'Leda A. Mirra is a wife, mother, Pastor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, author and both State and Nationally Credentialed Addictions Professional specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, in addition to educational and life coaching. Dr. Mirra maintains a private practice The Heart Centered Journey Counseling, Coaching, & Consultation, Inc. in Lake City, Florida and is the founder of The Daughters of Eve Ministries, which is a non-profit organization that focuses on the holistic wellness of women and girls.

With over more than a decade of experience in the field of Social Work and counseling, and as a graduate of Saint Leo University, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are Substance Abuse and Addictions Counseling, Domestic Violence Counseling, Batterer's Intervention Assessments and Counseling, Anger Management Counseling both Individual and Group, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, Couples/Relationship Counseling and Child Protection.

In addition to being a prominent therapist, Dr. Mirra has presented at a variety of conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Mental Wellness, Spirituality and Self Care, Authenticity and Self-Exploration, Religion and Mental Health, Cultural Humility, and Perinatal Mental Health. Dr. Mirra is also an Assistant Professor with Saint Leo University's Undergraduate School of Social Work Program and a dissertation chair for the Counseling and Ministries program at Regent University.

She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
